GRACIOUS AND HEALTHY-LIFESTYLE [:
having gracious and healthy lifestyle is important . we should mantain healthy and remain healthy concious and not to be tempted by nice junk and unhealthy foods . we should eat balancing meals and exercise daily to maintain healthy .
truth means that we should be truthful at all times ; either in exams or anything we do . truth is something to do with intregrity . if we have integrity , we will be truthful as well .
women of integrity ; in whatever we do , we should and must be honest and admit that we are wrong if we are in the wrong . integrity means honesty and if being a honest person , alot of people will trust you and be friends with you . honesty is the important thing in life so in whatever we do we must be honest
freedom is about we can do things freely and we are not captured like birds in the cages . we have freedom to express ourselves . we should use our freedom in a correct way and not in a not good way . without freedom , we will be like birds , trapped in cages and can't fly at all . in order to not be like birds without freedom , we should use our freedom in a good way . Justice means Fairness to me and not bias . Let's say i need to help two people ; one close friend one friend who is not close to me . I should stay neutral and don't shield anyone as it will be unfair even if my close friend is right i should not shield her as the friend who is not close to me may not have any fault . If the close friend is wrong , the more we shouldn't shield her and help her . This is called justice even though this world has no justice .
God Fearing means we should not use god's name for fun and insult it . Whreas we should respect it and not use it to make empty promises . We should do what we promised to god and everyone we've promised .
Maximising potential means to me that we should do things to the maximum and to the best and not do it half way and give up . We should also try to do things that we can't do and slowly do it better and to the best . like this, we are maximising our own potential and will be a very successful person .
Love basically means lasting and forever to me as the first word : love reminds me of true love . i feel that people should love instead of hating one another as if everyone don't hate , there'll not be chaos in this world . We'll then also learn to treasure people around us and love them more .
